Our seared steak dish brings together high-quality protein and vegetables. With roasted pumpkin, creamy feta, and crunchy pine nuts, this meal is loaded with vitamins and healthy fats. Paired with broccoli and fresh dill, it’s a nutrient-dense and satisfying meal. 

Ingredients: Beef (36.4%), Butternut Squash (36.4%), Green Beans (21.8%), Low Fat Feta Cheese (2.9%) (Milk), Pine Nuts (1.5%) (Pine nut), Rice Bran Oil (0.79%), Salt (0.15%), Dill (0.15%).

Heating Instructions & Tips:

Microwave: For quick reheating, simply remove lid and any sauce containers. Microwave your meal for 2 minutes or until hot.

Oven Bake: Transfer your meal to an oven-safe tray and preheat the oven to 150°C. Heat for 10-15 minutes or until warmed through.

Stove Top: Don’t forget you can also preheat your meals in a fry pan or wok! On a medium/ high heat, lightly oil your pan and mix your Club Shredder meal through for a few minutes until warm.

Freezer Me for Later: Your meals are freezer friendly. Simply freeze your meals before their use by date and reheat as per instructions above for a quick, healthy, and convenient meal!
